As a teacher, I watched students who worked hard — students who genuinely deserved more — miss their dream courses. Not because they were not good enough. Because the admission opportunities were not there locally, and the financial path forward was never explained to them. Nobody was solving that for them. I could not stop thinking about it.
When I moved into international trade, I saw the other side of the same problem. Opportunities sitting wide open — fields where Tanzania had real talent and every right to compete — while the people built for those roles had no idea those opportunities even existed. The connection was missing. The guidance was missing. And the cost of that gap was being paid quietly, by real people, every single day.
But the moment that stayed with me most was this: meeting people who had done everything right. They saved the money, they went abroad, they studied, they graduated — and they came home to nothing. Their qualification was not recognised. No employer would touch it. No licensing board would accept it. Years of sacrifice, gone — not because they failed, but because nobody checked before they left.
What pushed me to build CMH was simple: I had seen too many people arrive at the wrong destination because no one helped them read the map before they left. Students who scored well but went nowhere. Professionals deep into careers that were never theirs — living with a regret that came from one bad decision made without enough information.
CMH is my response to all three. We give people honest guidance, a clear path, and full protection — before the application, before the choice, before the cost of the wrong decision is paid. That work is not finished. And I am not done.
Why this founder, for this work
The work CMH does demands someone who understands education from the inside, knows how qualifications are evaluated, and has seen where real career opportunities live in the global market. Ndumbaro built CMH from exactly that intersection.
He holds a BA in Education — with deep expertise in credential evaluation, curriculum, psychology, and forensics — and a Higher Diploma in International Business. Before CMH, he served as Commercial Director in international trade and business development, building working relationships with more than 100 international companies.

That network is active. In 2024 alone, he connected over 250 job aspirants with real working opportunities through CMH's Job Hunting Seminar — launched the same year to bridge the gap between talent and opportunity directly.
Five years in, that background is the backbone of everything CMH protects its clients from.
