How we started
A problem nobody was solving — until we decided to.
In 2020, our founder Mr. Ndumbaro Leopold kept meeting the same painful situation: graduates returning from study abroad — degree in hand — only to discover their qualification wasn't recognised by Tanzanian employers, professional bodies, or TCU. These were talented, motivated people. They had done everything right. And they had still been let down by a system that never asked the hard questions before they left.

CMH started as aptitude test and career preparation support — the practical, on-the-ground guidance that nobody else was providing. By 2022 it became clear the pipeline was broken at the source. So we expanded into foreign admissions, but not as an ordinary agency. Most agencies sent brochures and collected fees. CMH entered the market as something different — a consultancy that built TQF alignment checks, TCU recognition reviews, and licensing pathway verification into every single consultation as standard.
In 2023 we introduced psychometric assessments for evidence-based career direction. By 2024 we had deepened vetted partnerships across Hungary, India, UAE, Poland, Malaysia, and Georgia. In 2025 we were officially registered as Career Mastery Hub Private Limited. The milestone was formal — but the conviction had been there since day one.
